Kuwait Tennis Federation (KTF) is the official governing body for the game of tennis in Kuwait, as per the International Tennis Federation's (ITF) rules and regulations. Established in 1985, it is a member of the International Tennis Federation (ITF), the Asian Tennis Federation (ATF), and the Arab Tennis Federation.

Kuwait Tennis Federation (with its constitution) was proclaimed when it was founded in 1985 in Kuwait as a sports body responsible for managing and developing the game of tennis in Kuwait. The first-time proclamation of the KTF was according to Decree Law No. 26 of 2012, concerning the amendment of some provisions of Decree Law No. 42 of 1978 regarding sports bodies and Law No. 5 of 2007 organizing the work of Kuwait Olympic Committee (KOC), sports federations, and clubs.

It was re-proclaimed and published in Kuwait’s Gazette, Kuwait Al Youm, on 21 March 2019. That was according to the provisions of Law No. 87 of 2017 regarding sports.
